All orders must be placed in writing and include the customer's name, contact information, desired design, and size. All orders must be fully paid for prior to production. Nam's Custom Designs is not responsible for any errors in the design or sizing of the garment unless the customer has provided accurate measurements or specifications.

 

Nam's Custom Designs reserves the right to make changes to the design or sizing of the garment if necessary. All orders are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted. Nam's Custom Designs is not responsible for any damages to the garment caused by improper care or handling after delivery. Nam's Custom Designs reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Nam's Custom Designs is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Nam's Custom Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the garment. Nam's Custom Designs reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
