Shipping Policy

Nam’s Custom Designs is dedicated to providing quality handmade products and an excellent customer service experience. We offer shipping to all parts of Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Ottawa, Canada with a tracking number. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days once your design is complete. Please allow 10-14 days your design to be created. When purchasing, please select your ideal shipping timeframe during checkout. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Duties

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes, and these fees are non-refundable. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for an estimate of any applicable duties and taxes prior to placing an order. 

We are not able to provide an estimate of customs duties and taxes, and any fees charged by customs are not included in the order total or shipping fees. If customers refuse to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes, their order will be returned to us and we will refund the cost of the order minus any applicable return shipping fees.

We thank our customers for understanding that customs duties and taxes are outside of our control and appreciate their cooperation in helping to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Refund Policy

At Nam's Custom Designs, we understand that sometimes accessories just don't quite fit the way you want them to. That's why we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on all accessories, including scarves, beanies, handbags, and jewelry.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom clothing orders as they are specially made for you. However, we will work closely with you to ensure that your custom garment meets your specifications and fits perfectly. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping must be covered by the customer. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund.

Order Cancellation

In case you decide to cancel your order, kindly reach out to Nam via email at info@namscustomdesigns.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a refund. Please note that refunds will only be issued if you contact us within this time frame.

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Please note all items are inspected to make sure they are in good condition before shipping or delivery. Items are packed properly to ensure you receive them in good condition.

2. Refund Policy: We refund if items are returned in the same condition within 14 Days. Accessories must be unworn and in good condition with a tag and its original packaging, and jewelry must not be damaged. No refunds after 14 days. To start the refund policy, please contact us immediately. If we agree to a refund, we will refund your payment to the original payment method used. Please note that we will not accept returns that we have not mutually agreed upon. Please contact us first.

3. Please email us: if you have any concerns with the item upon receiving it. Please take a photo of the item immediately and email it to us.

4. We ship using Canada Post within Canada: Shipping costs are extra depending on weight. Parcel timeframes typically range from 4-7 business days to arrive depending on the selected option at checkout. A tracking number is provided.
